SERVICES & PRICING

When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a calm, thoughtfully curated space with plants, gentle lighting, and grounding colours designed to support a sense of safety and ease. The environment is intentionally created to help your body and nervous system settle, especially if therapy feels unfamiliar or vulnerable.
Whether this is your first session or you’re returning, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental approach where your experiences are met with care and respect. There is no “right” way to show up, we move at a pace that feels supportive for you.
In our early sessions, we will work collaboratively to understand what brings you to therapy and what feels most helpful for you right now. This may include gently exploring patterns in relationships, emotional experiences, stress responses, or ways your body holds and responds to life’s challenges. Together, we’ll shape our work so it feels purposeful, attuned, and responsive to your needs.
Therapy does not exist in isolation. We grow and heal through our relationships; with others, with our bodies, and with the broader systems we are part of. An integrative approach recognises that meaningful change is often supported by more than one form of connection.
Where helpful, this may include collaboration with trusted allied health professionals, alongside attention to the relationships, interests, and communities that bring a sense of belonging and support outside the therapy room. Together, we consider the many elements that contribute to wellbeing, understanding that thriving is often nurtured through a network of supportive connections rather than a single pathway.

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes and are offered at a fee of $240 per session.
